Simon Hammelburger

A lawyer by training, a father of three, a tennis player most mornings — and someone who genuinely cannot stop networking.

Simon was born in Manchester, England, and made Aliyah in 2002. He founded Hammelburger Recruitment the following year and has been headhunting engineers and managers in Israel ever since — entirely through networking, without ever placing an advert.

He is married to Mirna, a dentist from Uruguay, and they live in Jerusalem with their three children.

The legal training shows in the detail. The rest is simpler: he likes people, remembers them, and stays in touch for years — which is why a call from Simon gets returned when other calls do not.
